Transcript of oral history interview with Martin Rosen is held on July 12, 1961

On July 12, 1961, Martin Rosen was interviewed on behalf of the World Bank Group Archives oral history program by Robert Oliver. During his tenure at the Bank from 1946 to 1969, Mr. Rosen worked in the following areas: as assistant director in the department of operations for Europe, Africa, and Australasia (1952-1955) and in the department of technical operations (1955-1957); as director of operations for the Far East (1957-1961); and for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as executive vice president (1961-1969). He focused on projects in Eastern Europe, including Yugoslavia and Greece. His transcript concerns at length the issue of floating multi-million dollar bonds.
