Transcript of oral history interview with Marie E. Linahan held on July 19, 1986

In July 1986, Marie E. Linahan was interviewed on behalf of the World Bank Group Archives oral history program by Robert W. Oliver. During her tenure at the Bank from 1947 to 1976, Mrs. Linahan worked in the following areas: as secretary to presidents John J. McCloy and Eugene Black (1947-1962), in various administrative positions (1962-1971); for the board of governors as social assistant (1971-1974); and in the executive office of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as an administrative assistant (1975-1976). Her transcript concerns her international travel with presidents of the World Bank.
